Cheri began her real estate career in 1997. During her tenure as
a REALTOR®, she has experienced many accomplishments. Recently
she was recognized, with her husband Doug, as being
in the Top 5% of Topeka real estate sales for 2004 and 2006. She was also awarded into "The Masters' Club" in 2006.
Many years as an educator and as a corporate manager
provide Cheri with a unique understanding of the best ways to
help others; whether it is finding the best financing for a
particular client’s needs, remembering a buyer from a year ago for a
home just like yours, or finding that perfect home! Her flare
for home design also aids her clients in staging their home and
getting it ready to put on the market to ensure a quick sale at
top dollar!
In
addition to parenting two teen sons, Cheri is very active in the
Topeka community. She has been on the Topeka Board of Education
for the last seven years and served as it's vice president for two of
those years. She also has helped with local and statewide
political campaigns, served on the YWCA task force for
"Week Without Violence", and on the Head Start
Advisory Board. Her service to her community earned her the
Topeka nomination for the "Good Neighbor Award".
